NASDAQ OMX Iceland publishes the Prospectus for Fjarskipti hf. (Vodafone in Iceland)


Íslandsbanki Corporate Finance has in recent months prepared the Prospectus for Fjarskipti hf. („the Company“). The Prospectus was written in relation to the Company‘s prospective Public Share Offering and subsequent listing of the Company‘s Shares on the Main Market of NASDAQ OMX Iceland. The Prospectus was published on 19 November 2012.

The Offer period in the Public Offering extends from 10 a.m. on 4 December until 4 p.m. on 6 December 2012. The Offering is open for participation to all investors that possess an Icelandic ID number and are legally competent according to Act no. 71/1997 on legal competence. The minimum amount of each subscription is ISK 50,000 at purchase value. The Shares will be offered at a fixed price which will be announced before midnight on 3 December 2012 the latest.
