Sjóvá engaged Íslandsbanki to oversee the listing of Sjóvár-Almennra trygginga


The Board of Directors of Sjóvá-Almennra trygginga has engaged Íslandsbanki to act as advisors for the proposed listing of the company on the NASDAQ OMX Iceland. The main objective of the process is to ensure a diverse and strong shareholder base. The shareholders of Sjóvá today are SF1 slhf. and SAT Eignarhaldsfélag hf. which is owned by Glitnir bank hf. and Íslandsbanki hf. Trading of Sjóvá shares is anticipated to start in  the year  2014.
