Iceland after capital controls

Lars Christensen, at Danske Bank Research & Analysis, was a speaker at a meeting hosted by VÍB, the wealth management division of Íslandsbanki. The topic of the meeting was „Iceland after capital controls“. Lars discussed the monetary policy, foreign exchange and investment. The meeting began with a speech from Mr. Bjarni Benediktsson, Minister of Finance and Economic affairs.  

Ásdís Kristjánsdóttir, head of Economic division at the Confederation of Icelandic Employers and Sigríður Benediktsdóttir, director of the Financial Stability Department of the Central Bank of Iceland participated in panel discussions.
