Íslandsbanki comes top in customer satisfaction survey


Íslandsbanki received the highest customer satisfaction rating of any Icelandic financial Institution according to Íslenska Ánægjuvogin survey. This survey is a part of a collaboration of several European nations that measures customer satisfaction of leading companies in several industries. Gallup, the Federation of Industries and Stjórnvísi supervise the survey in Iceland. In the survey, customers were asked to assess companies in several areas relating to satisfaction, such as image, service quality and the impact of satisfaction on their loyalty to the company. 19 companies in 6 industries were evaluated.

Íslandsbanki offers good service 

Íslandsbanki´s vision is to be number one for service. In recent years the Bank has put a lot of work into market research in order to map out the services that customers consider important.  Furthermore, “Red” days have been held annually to entrench the service culture of the Bank. Íslandsbanki is an enthusiastic promoter on new and innovative services, such as the smartphone app, and customer education. Indeed, over the past four years, the Bank has held 230 seminars and events, that about 72,000 people have either attended or watched online.
