Íslandsbanki on top in the Icelandic customer satisfaction survey

11.02.2016

Íslandsbanki received the highest customer satisfaction rating among Icelandic banks according to the Icelandic customer satisfaction survey (Íslenska Ánægjuvogin). This survey is a part of a collaboration of several European nations that measures customer satisfaction of leading companies in several industries. Gallup, the Icelandic federation of Industries and Stjórnvísi supervise the survey in Iceland.

Birna Einarsdóttir, CEO of Íslandsbanki:

"The employees of Íslandsbanki are both proud and happy today. Our vision is to be number one for service and is our guiding light in all our operations. Good service is based on solid foundation of knowledge, interest and smart solutions. In the previous years we have strategically invested to strengthen our service position, most recently with the recent launch of "Kass" Mobile Payment App that has been very well received. These investments result in better service and happier customers.

The Icelandic customer satisfaction survey shows us that we are successfully building a service differentiation. Our strong employee group is proud of this recognition that gives us an extra motivation to always provide the best service in banking in Iceland."
