Íslandsbanki Annual Report 2015 published
Íslandsbanki’s Annual Report for 2015 has now been published. The report, which was released this morning, contains a detailed discussion of the Bank’s policies and operations.
We can all be proud of 2015. It was a successful year, and the Bank’s performance exceeded expectations. We are particularly proud of having ranked at the top of the banking market on the Icelandic Customer Satisfaction Index. This recognition encourages us to move ahead confidently in pursuit of our aim to provide the best banking services in Iceland.
Also published is a special risk report that provides market agents with information aimed at enhancing understanding of the Bank’s risk management and capital position.
As in previous years, a dedicated team of highly competent Bank staff members participated in preparing the report. We hope that you, our customers, and other stakeholders will enjoy reading it.
