Íslandsbanki AGM on Thursday


Íslandsbanki will hold its Annual General Meeting at Harpa Concert and Conference Centre on Thursday 23 March 2017 at 15:00 hrs.


  1. Meeting convened
  2. Board report on the Bank’s activities in 2016
  3. Confirmation of annual accounts for 2016
  4. Decision on payment of dividends and disposal of profit for 2016
  5. Election of Board members and alternates
  6. Election of external auditor
  7. Decision on remuneration of Board members for the coming term.
  8. Board proposal on employment terms policy
  9. Other business

The meeting will be chaired by Íslandsbanki compliance officer Rut Gunnarsdóttir. The meeting and the meeting documents will be in Icelandic.
